Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

Items purchased have a 7-day return from the delivery date if the product arrives damaged or defective.  Please e-mail us at returns@atlanticvibe.com within 7 days of the delivery date and include a description and photos to substantiate your claim.  We will investigate and, if agreeable, we will either refund the damaged/defective items or replace them at our discretion.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned.  You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed your correct address.

  • We currently do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyers remorse (i.e. changing your mind).  

  • We do not refund shipping costs.

Please send an email to returns@atlanticvibe.com and include the order number, product/item name, photos of the defective item, and reason for return.  If your claim is acceptable, we will provide instructions for how to return your product(s).

Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

All photographic products are printed on-demand after they are ordered.  Please allow 2-3 weeks total time before receiving your product. 

 

Shipping costs are included in the price of your initial order.  However, shipping costs for returns or other reasons will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Apple Pay is available when purchasing on an Apple/iOS device.
